car in the water

this is very late- it happened almost a month ago. but better late than never. Shimkas Towing got the call from DesPlains PD for a car in the water. the rumer was the person got out of the car and left it in drive. the FD searched for almost 7 hours to make absolutly sure there was not anyone in the water- despite the fact that the person that was in the car was out and told them that there was no one else in the car.
