another day..monday... and WTF?

Well, here we are.. Monday. I guess it all gets summed up in that this was just another typical Monday. Well to start off, my bells palsy has not gone away yet and though it has seemed too steadily- slowly improved, its still there and I ran out of one of my medications. My major headache has gone away but today- for most of the day- I just was some what nauseated and just out of it.. I almost went home early. I stuck it out. I don't want to waste my sick hours because I may need them. My "guy" just told me today that I would be called for an interview for a major job by the end of the week.  So I may need a sick day for the interview and drug test and physical. Hope fully the bells palsy will have gone away by then.

 

I am debating with a friend of mine as to wither he should get air bags or an end loader.

 

I got a "stern" e-mail from my editor that my articles are too long among other things. I think what I will do from now on is continue to write my long, well researched and well written articles (his words, not mine) and post the full article on a web page for anyone who wants to and give him a much shorter version for print.

 

It is supposed to rain good here tonight and you all know what that means...(well maybe some of you don't) it means JACKKNIFE!!!!!!!! it is almost a sure bet that on good rainy nights there will be a jackknife at Addison (of coerce it never happens when I sit up late and wait- only when im not paying attention. so wee will see- if we get one- u will have pics on tomorrows post.

 

NEWS ALERT: this just in- an EMS plan 1 (5 ambos) and a full still and box alarm have been called for O'Hare airport for an incoming united 757 with smoke and fumes in cockpit- but not to worry- I get these at least twice a week and they never turn out to be anything of any value
