Updated recovery count!

ok, here is the count as of today- remember, i only count the recoveries that i have confirmed. so i appoligize that my coount is off- infact it is off by quite a bit because O'Hare does a lot of work south and west of Joliet and that is so far away from me and the city that i don't have a clue what goes on down there

but on friday alown- there were several recoveries
