oversized nut in downtown at rushhour

i chased this guy around downtown at around 6pm. no advanced truck, 1 rear follow truck with no lights or signs. no lights or signs on or around the truck. 3 lanes, over hight, over with, over length and i will bet over weight. a reall bright bunch of guys, and if anyone has ever been in chicago durring ruishhour, you know exactly what i mean
