TT v.s Gaurd rail

this happened at 5am on monday. near as i can figure, the driver of the TT drifted off I290 and swerved back on to miss the gaurdrail or his trailer dog tracked over, but either way- his trailer tandums cought the Altinuater (end cap) on the gaurdrail and it tore up over 75 yards of rail and ripped the trailer tandums off and the rear doors. Powers Towing got the call for the recovery and they called Ernies to use their reefer and trailer dollies. the trailer was loaded with butter. aprox 40,000 lbs. after the offload was compleat, they dragged the tt off to the next exit and attatched the tandums. they torched the gaurdrail and the trailer door frame and loaded it on to a flatbed. very cool recovery!
