fatal 10-50 in Elk Grove

this happened just after 5pm at rt 83 and higgins. it was confirmed 1 fatal and unknown on the others. 2 people were in the green dodge and 1 in the suberban.







i have never seen the PD use a fire truck for this, but good idea! (although they still had everything shut down for hours)

hmmm.........

i was taught not to look at waht is wrong all the time and try and find something good..... lets see, he used the skate, he used 2 chains on the rear of the car on the bed (even though only the winch was used on the front and he j-hooked the rear controle arms, wich are only the 2 very thin metal arms) and he used 2 safety chans on the wheel lift.
i don't need to point out flaws, i leave it to you to see what you see. i will use my criticizms when i do my next safety meeting post.

and of corce, a fly-by-night showed up to gawk. they attempted to drive into the closed area and were chased away by the cops
