IDOT did the recovery and Airline did some aditional work with the load that was shifted

there was a rollover semi at I55 and RT 83 on 9/7 but i don't know who did it- i am betting on district but i cant confirm that

Ernies did a recovery on 94 n/b j/s of RT 120
