flad bed head on fatal accident

About a year ago, a flatbed tow truck was involved in a head on- fatal accident in Mundelein ill. Unfortunately, I don’t remember much about it. If I remember right, one of the drivers became distracted for a moment and veered into the oncoming lane. There wasn’t much of a recovery so there is not much to critique; all in all the towing company did a good job
